    Please correct me if I am wrong, the way I understand it is--

    I currently hold 10,000 SLR shares.
    Current share price is 0.90
    if my goal is to own only 10,000 shares, I should sell all my SLR at say $0.90 and then buy back at the share offer price.

    I would save about $400 by doing this.

    Is this a good idea?
