I like the fact that major shareholders are all supporting of the CR. I also think that the same major shareholders have been recently buying on market.

This CR could alleviate the need for them to buy on market, which will possibly place pressure on the share price.

The infeed of international travellers into the Virgin Domestic network should increase as Air NZ, Singapore Airlines and Ethiad increase their passanger numbers.

Having the full support of key backers with deep pockets and long term strategy should never be underestimated.
