Would be shocked if any non-shareholder bought in until the $s raised from the placement are known. Hence didn't address this (my omission).
I assume the only potential on-market buyer at the moment would be an existing shareholder seeking a discount on the placement price. Some won this bet (at .005).
Well see what happens.
