Fair summary - we seem to have a board that has the ability to get close but not clinch a deal.

The ability to clinch a deal is what we lack. It is a business essential. I remember my ex-father in law paying a sales manager for a year during which he made no sales. I think we're up to 4 years and rising and we nearly got burned by our last partner, Kronos.

Being close and getting over the line is the difference between 'life and death' for a small start up with an unfinished plant and no internal source of revenue other than shareholder funding.
