The dilution has already happened through the insto placement of 68 million shares at $1.48.....
The shareholder offer is small in comparison - only about 10million shares maximum because of the MLX cap to restrict existing shareholders getting their fill at $1.48 as well - can't go diluting the new instos
Personally I'd take it up given where the sp is even if just to flip them over... gold is still holding up so I'd say there will continue to be buying based on the gold components of MLX but thats just my opinion.
Good luck - all ships generally rise on the tide - the non-gold side is another matter though IMOO
