Its to small to amount to anything which is likely why it won't go down and gold is still giving support - its a tiny offer to existing shareholders - a token offering.... 10 million shares when the new instos got 68 million?
The dilution has already happened through that 68 million to instos - a token 10 million would hardly register IMO..
