I emailed them Sunday night asking the same question.
Their response: "With a slight delay in the placement last week, we have been slightly delayed in releasing the SPP documentation, including the prospectus. We aim to do this early this week, and we will send out the shareholder documents shortly thereafter."
Unfortunately, I'm not too sure how AGY will contact us, however hopefully someone will post on HC when that information becomes available. Cheers
