imo currently company has two choices:
1) Increase the price of RBY.asx to more than 0.02 cents OR 2) issue shares at less than 0.02 cents.
If they raise all that money at 0.02 i will be surprised! And i don’t think they will issuing current shares below 0.02 since it will cost too much.
So there is one way and that is increase the price of RBY to at least 0.025-0.03.
