Hi all

been a while since i have posted on hotcopper but im just interested in what people have to say about the share offer.

i believe SDL has enough shares on offer as is and by releasing more shares they are just going to drop the sp. the market may be fighting back but its far from were it used to stand in terms of confidence and demand.

i do believe that sdl will kick back over the course of the year as it is a well managed and organized firm with large operations planned for the next couple of years. the only problem is funding....... which is a problem that can be easily solved

my main question is, will this share purchase plan be taken up by many???? or will you just wait for those who are going to go through with the plan to sell of their shares and buy the stock when the sp drops, hopefully bellow .08
