    The 333 million insto offer is closed and fully subscribed , I suspect when closed the 80 million retail offer will be also.
    In a regulated sector at .78 either on market or in an offer to me SPN right now is a steal both for divvies (that can alter) and medium / long term growth.
    Thoughts?
