I have responded with an application for the full $10,000 and am hoping that the Company will give some respect to their shareholders by honouring shareholder applications in full.

Call it loyalty or foolishness but I have been with them since 1992.

Through the days of selling their American properties at the bottom of the market, to the stuff-ups at Taranaki in New Zealand, to giving away holdings in Block 22/12 China for nothing, then losing Lei Dong in China because the Chinese Navy opposed its development,then building up to us the prospects at Bayou Choctaw only to repeatedly pick partners that run out of money.

Now at a time when there is finally a positive future it would be nice to receive some recognition back from HZN.

They have already distributed the First Tranche of 119 million shares to institutional and 'sophisticated' investors.

Why not honour the Share Purchase Plan in full and, in need, not proceed with the Second Tranche. Or, heaven forbid, is that allocation for the 'friends' of HZN now that the financial situation and share price are improved.

Come on HZN. Do the right thing by your long suffering loyal shareholders.
