    they have those clauses in there, typically i have not seen them inacted. QBE did check holding size but other than that i can not remember another. MLE i suggest will but they have made special ref to it.

    nothing to do know. The stock is relativly illiquid so you might be lucky if it gets scaled back to pick up a few in the mid 3s
