    Anthonya, you haven't thought very deeply about it. Why wouldn't you buy shares at 28 cents (i.e. 2 for 9) rather than wait for the unlikely (or at best, uncertain) prospect of buying them on-market for 28 cents?? The former option is clearly a lot better than your approach.
