Share opinions about the performance rights?

Hi everyone,

I just spent a day reading material about this company and find it has real growth momentum and solid product value and also tightly controls the cost in FY17. These are the great impression to me. Have to admit they have done great things.

But after reading the last page of the Investor Presentation about the performance shares, it looks worrisome to me.

292 m compared to 945 m on issue? The hurdle is not high enough compared to this size of reward. Plus the current CEO's fix salary is not cheap already.

May the bulls or bears share opinions on this issue?
