I'll be honest and saw this milestone but didn't want to announce it
The shares are issued to the founders, not capital finance providers, not consultants, not institutions.
They would appear to be landing in safe hands.
Swinnerton has not sold a single share.
With the size of his holding the only way he could sell anything substantial would be via transfer. It is not in his best interests to trickle the market with these milestone shares - it would simply make his entire holding worth less.
I'm sure, as a founder, his end game is international and possible takeover.
