Hi Spitfire, thx that was very informative. In my opinion there is banter on this form that we could possible be subject to a CR. I personally think a CR would be very destructive to our share price atm (creating another false bottom in share price value) and shareholder's mind frame . After reading what you had just explained and witnessing the current shareholders options month of August I'm leaning towards a dual listing will be sooner than later for MAY. It makes sense to me now to let this shareholder's option month of August play out and then issue the remaining 140 million so shares towards a bigger allocated package for a dual listing (no false bottom created in share price). i personally now are expecting an announcement in September regarding a dual listing. I think this dual listing will be marketed and will coincide with the laxation of Cuban state laws for abroad investment combined with a finalisation of Block 9 drilling permit with an announcement of a farm in partner or turn key partner to start drilling in JAN 2019.
