Certainly you've put some work into this numbers & it seems to be more rewarding buying around 7c on market.
The risk of holding a share compared to a cn is also much higher. What's not clear to me, are the cn's being listed on the market? If that was the case all note holders could participate in any capital growth, plus being able to sell out at any time.
If that's the case a premium for the cn would be justified. Also taking into account that a lot of shares will be coming on the market from those investors who decided for the notes.
