Oh, absolutely wal, couldn't agree more! CDU has gone from an unconditional agreement of 15m shares at $3.80, to a multi-conditional agreement for 24m shares at, well, anything up to $3.60.
And CDU is still $70m short of its mine. Perhaps the Hong based group will offer debt finance too?
