Share Placement for nothing or for profit?

Hello All,

Trading halt says "announcement to the market in relation to a material acquisition and share placement. "

I guess share placement to sophisticated investors....... If you are the sophisticated investors will you buy the shares for nothing? If am the the sophisticated investor, I should know the company's current and future wins before I buy... should you?

Also, I guess the sophisticated investors would buy the shares at a price they can easily sell at a certain % profit...would you?
