We need to get this share issue into perspective. At first glance it does look like a 'mates' deal when we consider the issue was at 5c when the share price was sitting at 12c+. Need to consider though:
* Organisation of this doesnt happen overnight so the agreement would have been agreed well before the latest price rise. Unfortunate yes.
* It was only a month or so ago that shares were issued at 1.5c. The latest was at 5c, more than 3 times the price of a month before. This is a very good outcome.
Hindsight Im sure they would have preferred to issue shares now but we dont have hindsight as a tool.
