Have been investing in oilers and gas seamers for years (MOS, OEX, GBP, MPO etc). Don't necessarily know all the specifics of mining but know enough to read and understand a quarterly report and decipher good and bad prospects. I know how much it costs to drill deep-sea wells and as I stated up front I am still researching BUY and happy to be corrected.

I rarely participate in placements so no they wont be raising capital from me.

Not putting you down, just asking you questions to your comments. Getting a little bit defensive there.

How's this, I'll start by taking back that comment that you appear to know very little about BUY. You have presented some information I was not aware of.

Still think you're being a little bit critical of BUY. They are a speculative and are no different to any other on the stock market when it comes to funding. This is where I was saying I wasnt sure of your point.
