In fact the prospectus doesn't even mention you need to be a shareholder?
I'm a little confused... obviously if it is not stupidly oversubscribed we will recieve shares at 4c which are currently trading around 22c?
Sounds like a pretty good deal to me?
Conquestsilver any help on who can subscribe and at what date you had to be a shareholder would really be appreciated.
ON an aside, the market obviously loves the potential oil and gas opportunities in Kaz... given the differential between the placement price and current trading.
