share placement - opinions?

Hey all,

Just seeking opinons on the merits of subscribing to the recently-advertised NWE share offer. Here is Istanbul, I'm a little too far from the action am keen to here more from those on the ground...

I agree with (remarkably few???) previous posters on the topic that prospects for NWE look good and that Magnolia alone should ensure (although not guarantee) that the ar$e doesn't fall out of the SP, but the offer of shares at 16cents doesn't seem THAT great an offer and it would appear on current form (albeit on low vol) that the SP is tending down to the offer price anyway...

A show of hands? and any other (intelligent!!!!) commentary would be appreciated.
