share placement - opinions?, page-2

As you say, the Placement isn't so much of a bargain that it can not be missed, however from the comments I have read it appears that most holders will be subscribing.

As usual with placements, the share price has been sold down a bit by those looking for funds to subscribe and still pick up a miniscule profit. Hardly worth the effort let alone costs and taxes.

On balance, I feel that if you have the money available it's worth sending it in. I think the share price will return over 20 cents once this is out of the way and maybe a little selling to follow.

The markets seem to be a bit wobbly and this may affect your thinking also.

I feel that the areas affected by a market correction will be housing, banks and retail. Energy has a life of it's own and there is no reason for it to stall but who can tell.

Magnolia is very promising and NWE has quite a few more prospects.
