There arent any plant delays. ESI has had a change in strategy since the Vietnamese came on board. Prior to this, ESI was going to build a 150K tonne plant and all the preliminary work had been done and everything was ready to go...but since then the plan is to contruct a 2m tonne plant (8 times larger than the initial one), so back to the drawing board. I expect contruction to commence later this year/early next year...but the wait will definitely be worth it.

Dont be surprised if the Indonesian plant is built before the Latrobe Valley one.
