I do understand your reference to being spooked though, if I had not done my homework on this, I too would feel very much that way, if someone else had come along and tried to tell me what I have been saying without me knowing some of the details that I do, I too would be saying like some do here that they were absolutely nuts!

There is a much bigger game going on here, I don't think it will all end badly for metalstorm though, as Harmony were quite willing to go along with this?

If it were Harmonys real intent to get control of the company to get the IP they could have quite easily done that back when they had the oppurtunity to do so on the vote about converting the notes? and it isn't them (harmony) doing the manipulation, it seems to me that the ASX and ASIC are staying completely out of this,no trading halts no queries etc, ask yourself why? who would have enough influence on them to allow that?

I have said many times now, it is all about control, "total control of the company", not ownership as such.

You need to ask yourself who needs to control the company and why? I believe I know?

Why has this all happened just at a point where metalstorm could have possibly made sales to the UAE?

What was Mr Combets real mission in going to the US recently after talking to Arch Bevis who saw at what point metalstorm were at and how far away they were from possible sales?

Was it a coincidence that we get an offer pretty soon after Mr Combets visit? I don't believe so!

It won't show up in my opinion that whoever they are in total control though! because I doubt very much whether the shares they have just accumulated recently will ever be declared as a substantial holding, otherwise they would have already done so, but it will mean that no other entity will be ever able to make a takeover bid for metalstorm "EVER" once the next equity position is taken!

If this heads the way I am thinking? then I too will be happy with that just like Harmony, if the money comes through, then I don't give a rats if they say it's coming from the Phillipines via a registered BVI company, or hail from any other place on this planet for that matter? it really won't matter, I will know in my own mind where it is coming from, and I will be glad to sit back and say bugger all from then on and I guess they will also be happy about that!

I reckon though that if what I am saying is true? then shares in a successful metalstorm who are getting large contracts and sales at that point? well they will be at a premium! because the real float will be made up of only those that haven't sold their shares in this fiasco, only those that stick it out until the end game has been played out will be the winners IMHO!

I know I have stuck my neck out here and for a long time now, I have been called many names, I really don't care, because if I can't stand by what I am seeing in my research then I am stuffed anyway! I will stand by my convictions, and I don't think I am alone in thinking this way?
