Once again Ive tried to rep your post moosey and it appears that you have been put in the negative by the ones that will not openly debate what you say. They hide in the ether and attempt to influence peoples opinion with smug comments and negative reps. In my opinion this sort of action only serves to vindicate your comments.

One of the very simple facts is it is a relatively easy procedure to have stock bought by entities that on the legal front appear to be at arms length. Yet these satellite entities will still be vesting their control rights to their higher body. This enables them to sidestep reporting of their substantial entity. Although it may never happen in this case, it is an easy handover when an official take over action is instigated.
