I agree TM; a placement after they get some runs on the board at the Nasdaq, maybe higher than you 35c, as I'm picking we will see it run up to at least 55c within a week or to on listing then perhaps a capital raise around 45-50c.
The company is comfortably cashed wise atm, as per arrangement with PT. All the building blocks are in place, and the tick of the clock is getting louder as we draw closer to the Nasdaq listing.
