I highly doubt there will be a placement between 15 to 20c. Imo if there was to be one and that's a big if, i reckon it will be the same price springree got it for 20c. Can't see martin giving the stock away for much cheaper than that. There's really no need to. With the amount of interest and coverage on PRR lately anyone who can get there hands on prr at around these levels esp at 20c will swallow them up without a problem. Prr isn't desperate for cash there in a sound financial position therefore doubt its going to be supplied at a low price. Remember one thing the brokers are trying to catch prr not prr trying to beg for cash. Everyone in this unviverse will want a piece of the prima express and it aint coming cheap! I hold.
