share placement, page-6

You guys have me all confused...i am a holder in MMZ and i guess now also in the free spin off but seems that MMZ has not borrowed the money. Have I got it right or wring?
Either way it seems one of the few ways to get into a stock ( via MMZ that is ) that is in the social networking space... and the one that international investors are chasing so if the BOD can pull off what they seeem committed to then I think it could be a wild ride from 1 cent...Anyway both MMZ and the spin off seem to be cashed up and ready to play... we should know soon enough...
