i'm not having a knock but long term holders where offered stock at a much lower price last year under the rights issue but it resulted in a huge shortfall & then continued to trade at those levels for almost 3 months once again providing the opportunity. I think the focus here was to put new stock in the right hands & particularly to lift the companys exposure in key markets.

I do question the need for attatching those options though given the discounted issue to market price.....

Unless of course those options where thrown in as part of a deal to "restructure" BTC's convertible note ?
