Okay - very short one paragraph announcement this morning.
Share Placement - executed share placement agreements to place 30 million shares at $0.22 per share (with 1 option to be issued per share that can be exercised into 1 share at $0.30)....
So who are these shares being placed to? will they be offered to share holders or only sophisticated investors??
I don't like Marco's style of announcements at all - doesn't even bother to put his name to the announcement.
Oilyman - you did say in your post yesterday that we were in for some surprises (we received that this morning)..
What happens to the shareholders that paid $1.80 per share in February?? that are in the red big time.
I still believe Satimola will be a winner but it will take time.
I would appreciate any constructive feedback regarding this morning's announcement.
