Us shareholders are just pawns in a bigger situation which I haven't quite worked out yet. The company was off the board for two years due to many breaches of ASX guidelines. The very issues they have problems with may well come again given the lack of transparencies and disclosures.

Placement stock only ever goes to sophies so we will not see any of it. I would suggest that none of these shares went to aussie holders. That's a guess. Unless someone goes substantial we wont know or has added to a substantial position. If so we will know in a few days.
