On the whole I don't see this CR as being particularly dilutive
The Satimola deal was originally slated at 150m plus around 9m loan from memory.
Now we are talking 140m for Satimola plus 15.6m CR
(There may have already been 10m spent or disbursed for Satimola, hence the drop from 150m to 140m, but any way you cut the pie, this CR is insignificant in the grand scheme of things IMO..)
