I dont think it will have any effect in the short term on the sp .The placement is a small one and very close to the current sp.
However i think in the long term this is very very good news.It means that friends have put up the money,and not at a silly price,which indicates to me ,and the market more importantly that they not only have something worth the injection of the $1.5 million injection,but that these friends would be presumably have the knowledge that in the long run they(and us!)are going to be handsomely rewarded.All in i all think this is excellent news.!!
