    Notice of share placement to existing shareholders as well as a private placement posted on 8/5/08.It would be interesting to see what the amount of the private placement is and to whom it is made.
    I would also be interested in who the top 20 holders are and the amount of their holdings.Shares in syn are very tightly held,and I suspect that there are not too many small holders on the books.
    I cant seem to find any info on the top 20 and the percentage of shares they hold so if anyone can supply this info I would appreciate it.
    It would also be nice to hear something on when they hope to get something to the marketing stage as that is what will drive the share price north.
