The SPP letter I recieved is for amounts from $1k to $5k with the SP @ .33c and is being used to raise more $$$ to fund & continue their development & marketing stages.
Although shares are tightly held, its hardly a discount when I can buy online currently for 10% less. Although we know the potential is huge for this technology, I would rather they give us a substantial ann of perhaps a contract in place or JV before I risk any more moula,
so for me its NO DEAL at this stage,
