the folowing says you can subscribe for the max quantity irrespective of how much you had at the moment. so why the big buy over the last few days then? surely not to get your hands on an extra $5k worht of shares?
"The Plan will enable shareholders, irrespective of the size of their shareholding, to subscribe up to
$4,930 for new, fully paid ordinary shares in the Company, free of all brokerage, commission, and
