Idaho, I have made similar remarks previously, mainly he will achieve his 2.5 Million market cap by dilution alone, however to raise money at this time seems he has a good story to tell to the sophisticated investors, being one my self with ORDS there is allways a reason why we should take up the offer, I am not referring to TTY as ORDS were not involved, he will loose credability very soon if nothing transpires, one question though did he ask for more money than he finally received? a question that should be asked.
