I'm with you. I had the same impression, so no idea. Maybe Mr J. Lim , our largest shareholder who is partially underwriting this , wants a bucket load more cheap shares when !!! it takes off. FFS the SPP doesn't make a dent in the trial costs but makes him very rich if it does run big time.
All in all a bit of a pity, because it is going stay around 0.015, probably until they announce the trial timeline. Or a January pump and dump.
I wonder when the trial will be, given they'll soon know how many $$s they are getting from the met coal.
