That is a simplistic view lordzhon, people need to be aware of the company before they rent with us. Also, the benefits of this will not be fully realised until the company makes an announcement for the revenues of a given period. Therefore the share price may remain at this level or even lower due to the low confidence investors are exhibiting at the moment. The share price is dictated by the market and at the moment, that market as a whole is not going very well at all.
