I dont understand how Brookfields
can control so many units without being
required by ASIC to sell down their holding
or make a bid for the remaining units

They have absolute control of the TRUST
I think it is time unitholders called a Special
Meeting to replace the Management Company
I would assume Brookfields would be unable
to vote their holding

THE TRUST SHOULD BE LIQUIDATED
IF THE NTA IS CORRECT TO RETURN
SOME VALUE TO UNITHOLDERS
