The shares have hit that level twice since the announcement.
On the day of the announcement and today.
Will happen again in the next few days and sustain and push towards 5 cents.
Would be good if it can happen again today!! But need another spurt with 20 million shares traded for the day. The buyers have gone to lunch. See what happens later.
This is weeding out the sellers before jumping to next level.
