What it means is that sentiment is totally the driver of stock prices, that's why I never depend on fundamentals. The market is purely about human emotion very rarely does it reflect true value. This stock should be much higher fundamentally but the stock holders have been driven to feel insecure and frightened due to the selloffs and price manipulation lately. Once they regain confidence and feel sure again the price will rise and as it often does it'll climb beyond what it should be due to greed and then pull back and everyone will get depressed and fearfull again lol
