Share price action and Class B shares

Any thoughts on the price action?

Are we thinking BPF will meet earnings targets so class B shares convert and everyone gets diluted, or do we think they won't meet targets and Class Bs lapse (so no dilution but no target met?)

Is this short term Lose /Lose?

Does anyone know when / if the Class Bs lapse - is it 2014/2015 year (ie result to June 2015?)

Not sure whether to top up or ride it out.
