There has been discussions that US market has already got 60% of $$N through ADS/ADR, this is yet to be confirmed by TB and company. Mathematically if the above holds water, then you maybe right that it's the US market that will reflect the appropriate sp based on the company valuations (considering both current and future cashflows). This has been the price actions in US market in the last two days.
