If POH is awarded that much, I firmly believe it will run as high as a 4 bagger. This will be a complex decision and may also include a decision about the daptomycin tpm license. $120 M might force Mylan to the bargaining table include to release this on the market as soon as they can. Then POH will have a product on the market earning real income withing 12 months. Then a Disallowed is not out of the question. The Micro Cap institutional investors are already sniffing around.
