There is so much anticipation regarding the Twiggs contract, but...

There is so much anticipation regarding the Twiggs contract, but we are not looking beyond our noses. There are plenty of other DOTs we have on boarded and yet not one single sign of any probability of a contract from any of them! Has management had to go back to the drawing board and resubmit To all DOTs the new upgraded formulaes for assessment and and not advised us? If not why not one sign of usage in the 18 months since the sales team was established?
I’m a sales and marketing manager and I can assure you my MD ( and I) would not have endured 18 months with not results. There would have been many many ongoing meetings assessing the staff, strategy, buisness plan, target market and most of all ensuring various markets were targeted I. E. Not rely on only one market.
With no communication from management it’s impossible to know if any of the above are taking place!
Being a Lawyer does not automatically make one a good businessmen/women.
