Since the big volume day on May 20 of approx 8 million shares...

Since the big volume day on May 20 of approx 8 million shares there has been steady volume of approx 1 million per day and this buying wasn't Regal Funds Management, has another institution been buying on market but hasn't yet reached the 5% threshold ?

Also Regal currently have a stake of 5.79% as at May 29, the question is have they finished buying ?
would be interesting to know if anyone follows Regal Funds management and what % they typically take in a company when they decide to commit ?
When they took a position in Galena they had a holding of 7.04%, interesting times ahead.
