The SP after raise should initially go to around 10c. It is already heading that way. Then there will be a period of selling by those who like to trade BML for a quick gain. Only then we can expect some decent SP increase. All the above provided POS does not surprise to the upside and there is little news from the BOD. Having said this, I am hoping the POS does surprise to the upside and that there is a steady flow of good news, as recently promised - these would accelerate the SP increase after the initial fall. The above is based on my knowledge and hard earned experience with cap raises, but DYOR.
